1. Activate Feature For Adding Multiple Worksheets:

• You can activate this feature from the project setting where you can find one field service tab in there odoo is by default providing one field as “Worksheets” mark this field as “True” to activate this feature for a single project that you want to add multiple worksheets.

2. Create Worksheets:

• In a field service application there is a worksheet template menu where you can create multiple worksheets.

3. Add multiple worksheets in project task:

• Add multiple worksheets for a single project task. Here let’s consider that we have a project as “Field Service” and the name of this task is “Light switch replacement”. We have already activated this feature for this project. So the “Worksheet” page will be visible and by clicking on that page you will find a field named “Add Worksheet” from there you can add all the worksheets one by one that you have already created in the worksheet template menu.
• First select the worksheet that you want to add and after selection of that worksheet click on add button to add that worksheet in the “WORKSHEETS” tab field named as “Name” that is down below of “Add Worksheet” field.

4. Selected Worksheet Template Design Detail:

• After selecting the worksheet by pressing on the Add button this screen will appear. It shows the template design of this worksheet that you have already done and here you have to provide the values for all the fields.

5. View / Edit Worksheet:

• You can view and edit your worksheets by clicking on the view button beside your worksheet name.

It shows the template design of this worksheet that you have already done and you can edit the values that you have provided to the fields.

6. Print Report:

• We have customized the print task report format, so in that report you can able to see multi worksheet data together.
