Advance Payment Registration: A new button within the sales order or quotation enables quick registration of advance payments.
Multiple Advance Payments: Users can apply multiple advance payments toward a single sales order as needed.
Draft State Control: While the sales order remains in draft, the “Register Payment” button is hidden, appearing only once the order is confirmed.
Payment Wizard: The “Create Advance Payment” wizard is launched, allowing users to enter payment details, including amount, journal, payment method, and date.
Auto-Populated Payment Amount: When adding another advance payment, the remaining order balance auto-populates in the wizard, streamlining the process.
Detailed Record View: Advance payments display in both tree and form views with detailed information, such as selected journal, payment date, payment method, and amount, ensuring transparent and organized payment tracking.
This app optimizes prepayment handling, allowing for efficient cash flow management and easier tracking of multiple payments for a single sales order.

Displays the sale order in draft state, so the “Register Payment” button is not visible.

After confirming the sale order, the “Register Payment” button becomes visible.

Shows the “Create Advance Payment” wizard open after clicking on the “Register Payment” button.

To create the payment, set the amount, select the journal, payment method, and payment date.

After clicking “Create Payment” in the wizard, it creates the payment record and displays it in a tree view.

Shows the payment record with the selected journal, payment date, payment method, and payment amount.

Then, create another payment for the same sale order. Open the wizard, where the amount is auto-filled with the remaining order amount.
