A reminder feature is provided to notify both the customer and salesperson when the rental period is ending the following day.
This type of email notification/reminder is sent to the salesperson when the rental period is ending the following day.

After the product is returned by the customer, an option is provided to create a repair order directly if any product is found to be damaged.
When you click the “Create Repair Order” button, you will have the option to update the product quantity or remove any products from the list that do not need repair.
The rental order record displays references to the repair orders associated with it.
A repair order record is created for each product individually.
A feature is provided to capture advance payment directly from the rental order once it’s confirmed. When you click the “Register Payment” button, a pop-up appears with the necessary options, allowing you to update the amount as needed and create the payment.
When creating an invoice, if an advance payment has been made for the same customer, you will have the option to apply that payment to the invoice.
