Go to the Purchase module from the main dashboard to start managing your orders.

Open an existing Request for Quotation (RFQ) and confirm it to convert it into a Purchase Order.

Once the order is confirmed, click on the “Create Transport” button available at the top of the Purchase Order.

A popup window will appear where you can enter transport details such as Container Number, Package Type (20/40/40HC/Palettes/Cartons), Vessel Name, and shipment dates (ETD, ETA, Warehouse Arrival Date). After submitting, the system will cancel existing receipts and create new ones based on the entered product quantities and arrival schedule.

Once transport is created, details are automatically populated based on the configuration. You can manually update them as needed.

The Scheduled Date of the receipt is automatically updated based on the Warehouse Arrival Date, ensuring accurate delivery planning.

Navigate to Purchase → Transport Details to view all transport records in one place.

View a list of all created transport entries, including product, supplier, container, and scheduling information.

Open any record to see detailed transport information and make updates if required.

Go to Purchase → Generate Transport Details Report to create a report for analysis.

Select the From Date and To Date to filter the transport data, then click Submit.

The system will generate and download an Excel (XLSX) report containing transport details for the selected date range.

Can I edit transport details after creation?
  • Yes, all transport details are fully editable. You can update information like container number, dates, or vessel details at any time.
How is the scheduled date of receipts managed?
  • The scheduled date is automatically aligned with the Warehouse Arrival Date, ensuring accurate delivery planning.
Can I track all transport records in one place?
  • Yes, a dedicated Transport Details menu is available where you can view and manage all transport records.
Does this module support multiple products in one shipment?
  • Yes, you can manage multiple products within the same transport configuration.
Can I use this module for partial deliveries?
  • Yes, the module supports scenarios where deliveries are split based on different transport or arrival schedules.
Is any technical configuration required?
  • No complex setup is required. The module is designed to be user-friendly and works with minimal configuration.
